You are beautiful, my love; absolutely flawless. • Song of Solomon 4:7

| Sunburn. Vinegar, the secret to turning red, blistered skin into a beautiful tan. Try washing down with vinegar the next time the sun’s rays get the best of you. Surprise, it takes the sting right out of the burn.

| Bright Eyes. Try adding white eye-shadow to the inner corner of your eyes and under your brow line. There are also nifty, eye-brightener sticks that have the same effect and are applied in the same areas.

| Scars. Vitamin E is the trick to eliminating scars. It’s available in both oil and lotion form at the local pharmacy. Try it and let me know your results. I’ve been buying the Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E lotion and love it.

| Soft Lips. An old, but awesome tip – apply Vaseline at least once a day. It’s a guarantee to incredibly softer lips.

| Congestion. Next time you’re feeling a bit congested, try rubbing Vick’s Vapor Rub on the soles of your feet, wear socks, and hit the sack. You’ll be surprised how well this ole wise tale works.

| Big Hair. Start by teasing the roots at the crown of your head, for the perfect lift. For bigger hair, tease sections from your hair line to your crown line. You’ll be on your way to the ideal 80s hairstyle.

| Smooth Skin. A friend once told me to try using St. Ives Apricot Scrub in place of shaving cream. It works like a charm to exfoliate dry skin into sexy, smooth skin.

| Dry Skin. Years ago I read a magazine article on aging. To eliminate and prevent stretch marks, wrinkles, and sunspots, the article suggested moisturizing daily. Since then, I’ve been an avid moisturizer. I’ve tried numerous moisturizers and lotions to find just the right one for my face and body. Today, I use these two gems – St. Ives Soothing Oatmeal Shea and Alba Botanica Oil Free Moisturizer.
